I absolutely loved the location of the property, being close to shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the esplanade lagoon. The room was comfortable and clean, but renovating in the apartments above was a bit disruptive. The service was top-notch, with any issues being fixed promptly. Overall, it was a great stay with good value for money.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed for a fantastic comfortable holiday. The service was pleasant and helpful, with secure car park available on request. The location was great for everything we needed, and the dining experience overlooking the bay was superb.

The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. The walk-through wardrobe and large en-suite were a nice touch, plus the large second bedroom with mirrored built-in wardrobes.

The service was prompt in attending to guests' concerns in general, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The only minor issue was when the paperwork got misplaced, causing a slight inconvenience with the credit card.

The location was great for everything we needed, with spectacular views, clean rooms, and spacious accommodations. However, the cold blue lights were a bit off-putting. Still, it was fantastic for relaxing at the wharf at Hemmingways Brewery.
